Hi!
I made eleven wines last year and have decided to focus on the wines with the smallest quantities for List members, which won’t be available to buy in liquor stores.
The first shipment will be in April
X2 Barrel-ferment Pinot Gris: old vines, concentrated flavours.
x2 Gris-Rouge: very small batch 100% pinot gris which spent two weeks on skins, so juicy!
X2 Blaufränkisch: there’s not much of this variety planted so I jumped at the opportunity and it won’t disappoint.
The second shipment will be in August
X2 Trois: if you know, you know… This vintage sees a little Muscat to elevate those aromatics.
X2 Cabernet Franc: semi-carbonic and aged in amphora, fresh, spicy, textured.
X2 FUBAR: it’s back and more f’ed up than ever. Big flavours with a fresh vibrant feel.
At some point, I’ll also be releasing a rosé, Ashlyn Pinot Noir, Barrel Ferment Riesling, William Dean Syrah, and La Bise.
